Welcome to my counseling practice, where I bring over 25 years of experience.  I began my journey working in treatment for substance use disorders working with teens, adults, and families.

Over the years I have focused my training on learning to help individuals resolve trauma.  Struggling with unresolved trauma can lead to other concerns such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorder, bi-polar disorder and more.  Many people carry this burden throughout their lifetime, and it affects relationships with themselves and others.    I strongly believe that people can heal. and I've seen the remarkable changes they can make.  

I am trained in EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.), CBT, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness.
